How Long In Advance Do I Need To Book?

The best way to guarantee your date and time as well as color availability on balloons is to book at least 2 weeks prior, or as soon as your date is reserved

Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom balloon designs to match your theme, colors, and vision. Just share your ideas or inspiration, and we’ll bring them to life.

How Long Will The Balloons Last?

The lifespan of balloons depends on the materials and environment. Latex balloons typically last 8-12 hours indoors, while foil balloons can last several days. Treated balloons or those used in garlands and walls can last longer, especially in cooler indoor conditions.

What Does The Booking Process Generally Look Like?

Most balloon décor companies require you to reach out via their website, email, phone, or social media. You’ll typically need to provide basic details, such as:

Can You Accommodate Last-Minute Requests?

While we encourage booking in advance, we understand that sometimes events are planned on short notice. Depending on our availability and the scope of the project, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Do You Deliver And Set Up The Decorations?

Yes, we provide delivery and full setup services to ensure your balloon décor is installed perfectly. We can also return after the event to take it down if needed.
